Former the Lecture Hall of Hachinohe Elementary School (Hachinohe City)
This Lecture hall was built in 1881.
In 1929, the new school building was built, this building was used as the city library.
Then a new library was built in 1962, this building was relocated and become the Meiji Memorial Hall.
