Former the head office of Obayashi Corporation (Chuo Ward, Osaka City)
This building was built in 1926.
After the headquarters function was transferred in 1973, it has been used as a cooking college and a restaurant.
In 2006, Obayashi Corporation decided to preserve the building as a historical building, and seismic reinforcement and repair work were carried out.
The following year, the building was renamed “Le Pont de Ciel Building” with the “Obayashi Gumi History Museum” attached.
