Former Uwajima Police Station (Uwajima City)
This building was built in 1884.
In 1953, the building was relocated and had been used as the Nishiumi Town Office.
In 1990, Nishiumi Town built a new town office. So the old building was dismantled, then was rebuild at Uwajima City. Now it is used as a historical museum.
It was registered as a Tangible Cultural Property in 1996.
