Chuna Khola Mosque (Bagerhat District)



The archaeological site on the outskirts of Bagerhat in Khulna Division, Bangladesh are designated as World Heritage Sites "Historic Mosque City of Bagerhat". There are mosques built by Kang Jahan, who pioneered this area in the first half of the 15th century.
Chuna Khola Mosque is one of them, and was built in the 15th century. It is a square building with one dome. The frames for decoration are attached to the walls of the entrance.
