Former the head office of Dai-kyuju Bank (Morioka City)
The head office of Dai-kyuju Bank was built in 1910. The bank changed by merger to Rikuchu Bank in 1938, and to Iwate-Shokusan Bank in 1941.
The building has been used as a museum since 2002.
