Former Inubosaki Foghorn House (Choshi City)
This building was built in 1910 as the facility to guide the orientation to the ships in the sound.
It worked until 2014. With the proliferation of navigational instruments such as shipboard radar and GPS, they are no longer used.
In December 2020, the Inubosaki Lighthouse, the old foghorn house, and the old warehouse were designated as Important Cultural Properties.
