Former Akamagaseki Post and Telegraph Office (Shimonoseki City)
This building was built in 1900.
In 1902, as Akamagaseki City changed its name to Shimonoseki City, the post office also changed its name to Shimonoseki Post Office.
Shimonoseki Post Office moved to another place in the city in 1975, then Shimonoseki Nabecho Post Office was established using this building.
