Former the Guesthouse of Fukuoka Prefectural Hall (Fukuoka City)



This building was built in 1910 as a guesthouse for the Kyushu-Okinawa exposition. After the expo, it was used as the prefectural public hall.
After the war(1945~), it was used as a courthouse, high school, then education agency.
It was designated as an important cultural property in 1984.
