St. Joseph Cathedral is a Catholic Cathedral in Dunedin. The construction began in 1878. In the original plan, it was larger than the size of current building, and planned to make the towers with a height of 60 meter. But it was "completed" in 1886 without going as planned. Currently it seems that only a part of the building is used.
