Former Hashiba Branch of Takaoka Bank (Kanazawa City)



This building was built in 1929. Takaoka bank merged to form the Hokuriku Bank in 1943.
From 1952, the building had been used as Kashu Mutual Bank. The bank changed its name to Ishikawa Bank in 1989 and the building was used as its Hashiba Branch.
In 2002, Ishikawa Bank went bankrupt and the branch was closed. Then it is now used as the Kanazawa Literary Hall.
