Former Miyoshi County Public Hall (former location :Ikeda Town, Miyoshi County)

The Miyoshi County Public Hall was built in Ikeda Town in 1913.
In 1923, when the county system was abolished, it became the property of the town of Ikeda and was renamed the Ikeda Town Public Hall.
In 1945, the Ikeda Girls' Industrial Youth School in the public hall was opened, but only for one year.
After World War II, the building was used as a temporary building for the Ikeda District Public Prosecutor's Office and Ikeda Summary Court in 1947.
From 1948, it was used as the Ikeda Junior High School building.
The exact year could not be checked, but it was probably demolished around the late 1960s.
In 2006, Ikeda Town merged with other towns and villages to form Miyoshi City, so there is no longer a municipality called Ikeda Town.
