Former the head office of Karatsu Bank (Karatsu City)
This building was built in 1912.Karatsu Bank merged in 1931 to become Saga Central Bank. Furthermore, in 1955, it became Saga Bank due to a merger.
The building was donated to Karatsu City in 1997 and is used as a multipurpose hall.
