Tohyama Memorial Hall (Kin Town)

This building was built in 1935 to commemorate Kyuzo Tohyama, who promoted the immigration business from the Meiji era to the Taisho era.
The building has deteriorated since around 2000, it was planned to be demolished. But the villagers requested to preserve the building. Then the building was restored and opened as a museum in 2016.
It was registered as a tangible cultural property in 2021.

(When the construction work was done to open the museum, the building was restored to its original appearance. The pop-up card was made in 2014, so it's different from the current building shape.)
