St. Jacob's Church (Lübeck)

This is one of the main churches in the old town of Lübeck. St. Jacob's Church was built as a church for sailors and fishermen.
The present building was built in 1334, but has undergone renovations and repairs since then. The steeple was rebuilt in the mid-17th century due to its age.
In 1942, during World War II, the city center of Lübeck was bombed, but St. Jacob's Church suffered little damage, so we can see the historic interior decoration today.
