Pop-up card (building in Shiga Prefecture)
The number of earthquakes in Kumamoto and Oita with intensity 1 or higher has risen to 872 since 14 March (as of 23:00 on 24 March). Although the number is said to be decreasing, when will it subside?
Now, the pop-up cards have been updated.
This time, only one card was made from the building of Shiga Prefecture, the Hikone District Meteorological Observatory
This building underwent seismic and renovation work in 2010-11. In doing so, the goal was to restore the exterior appearance of the building as it was when it was completed, and the exterior has been beautifully restored to its tiled appearance.
