Pop-up card of the former Winn’s House

The former Winn’s House is located in Kanazawa City.
Although I visited the former Winn’s House few day ago, unfortunately I could not go inside.
After checking the exterior, I realized that the pop-up card I had made earlier had the wrong shape.

I had misunderstood the shape of the roof.
I will post a picture of the pop-up card I made before.

I thought that the roof (1) and the roof (3) were the same height, so I made the card with the roof (2) being the highest. But in fact, (2) and (3) were the same height.

Having realized my mistake, I decided to remake it.

Previously, I had prioritized designing a pattern using only one sheet of paper, so I cut out the parts from the ground section and glued them together, but this time I used separate part.
The part before gluing looks like this.

Finished pop-up card.

The actual building is longer at the arrow, but if the distance here were longer, the building would have to be smaller, so the depth is compressed to make it.

In the actual building, there is this much distance.
The walkway in front of the entrance is also narrower in the card because the depth was compressed.

I made a mistake in the past card, but I am glad that the pattern was not open to the public. If I had published the pattern, it would have been more embarrassing.
This time, I created it adding another part, so again, the pattern isn’t available to download.

[Postscript]
I checked the website of Hokuriku Gakuin and found a notice on May 9, 2025, announcing that the Winn’s House was closed.
Hokuriku Gakuin Winn’s House Closure Notice” (Hokuriku Gakuin website) (written in Japanese)
The text is somewhat different from the notice posted on the building.

I visited the building at the end of May without reading this notice. If I had known that the museum was closed, I probably would not have visited. I am glad that I did not notice it, because I might have missed the chance to even see the exterior.
