Pop-up card (World Heritage in Uzbekistan)

2018-09-24

This is the first update in two weeks. The pop-up card has been updated.
I realized that I have not created a World Heritage pop-up for more than half a year now. I have to work hard to increase the number of works.

This time, I chose from the World Heritage Sites in Uzbekistan. There is a fortified city in Khiva, Uzbekistan, and the inner part is called “Itchan Kala" and the outer part “Dacha Kala". The inner Itchan Kala was designated as a World Heritage Site in 1990.

There are numerous buildings inside the citadel, including mosques, madrasas, and cemeteries, but this time I chose the gate, which is the entrance and exit to the citadel.

There are gates on each of the four sides of the fortress, east, west, north, south, and west, and I chose the east and north gates from among them.

The photo shows the east gate, Palvon Darvoza, which was built in the early 19th century.

The next photo is Bagcha Darvoza, the north gate. This was also constructed in the 19th century.

The pattern for Palvon Darvoza (East Gate) is now available. Please use it if you like.
